Hey, there bloggies!
The new year in Hortonville has started off a little lopsided.
Between the lopsided birthday cake I made Kenna Mae for her 6th birthday
and my entire family sick in one way or the other
I am struggling to keep my head up.
I have so much to blog about.
I am soooo behind.
Kooper and Kenna Mae have both had birthdays,
Christmas and a visit from the Hales for the New Year,
the purchase of many, many cows.
The list goes on.
However...
Guess who figured out the Canon Rebel?
She grabbed that sucker right up and went to snappin'.
Thank you Shelley for the motivation...as always! ;)
I've been playing with it since.
The blog world is a wonderful thing when you have a camera you have no idea how to use!
So instead of blogging about all the things I am behind on
here are some pics from the last week.
Introducing..
new, improved photos
on Pirates and Princesses.
Will taught Kooper how to play the guitar while he was here.
I think Koop looks so cute when he plays...
(can you see where he broke his arm in the 1st grade? Gross!)
A little too much light...but still SO cool I think!
My sweet little cowboy.
Kenna Mae is currently in the fake smile phase.
She skipped that phase...until now.
SIX! Six seems a little old for the fake smile phase.
Little toot.
This is one of the only pics I have that isn't a fake smile!
(and it is right on the verge)
Pretty girl Kate.
She is growing up on me!!
The Koopster
The sleepy, sassy birthday girl in the birthday shirt I made her!
The leaning rainbow birthday cake.
Before the frosting...
More to come on this later. ;)
My silly girls...
Hopefully I will continue to figure out how to bust out some even better pictures over the next few months.
