It seems as though the last week I have been suffering from a traumatic case of blogger block. I'm sure you have all suffered from this before, but it seems pretty serious for me this time. I sit down, usually on the couch because my "loaner" is a laptop, get all motivated and sign in. As soon as I find myself in the post screen.....nothin! I got NOTHIN!!! How and why does this happen? I have written and deleted a couple of post over the last week because I just can't bare to post something soooo boring! However, it is getting to that week time limit that Shelley and I have for one another and like I said before....gotta get blogging. Here goes...
(I just typed a ton of stuff and accidentally deleted it so I'm retyping it...told you...)
Thursday was my MIL's birthday. Craig and Kenni drove in from Lubbock and surprised her. That was fun....
Friday I took the boys for a haircut. I used a new barber(who was awesome)and it took an hour and 20 minutes for both boys. Holy Cow!! Good thing he was awesome. I guess I'll use him again, as long as I have plenty of time. You all know we have an abundance of that lately.....
After the marathon haircut, I realized I had a flat tire. So, I was driving straight home. I turned the last corner towards home and my steering wheel quit working. COMPLETELY! And I was not out of gas. Soo...all four kids and I had to WALK to my moms house that was only about 2 blocks away...Thank the Lord!! My car was stranded there all weekend. And to top all that off...one of our sweet, precious business owners here in town called it in as an abandoned car by Monday morning. JERK! The stinkin car wouldn't even move. It's not like it was a crappy, drug car parked there all weekend. We had to wait until Monday to call the shop. Some people are just mean!!
Saturday, Koop's prayers were answered and he won his first football game. He was so proud. To celebrate, Jason, who wasn't even going to be home, invited about 5 extra kids over to play! NICE! Thanks, hubs. They really did have fun. And, Jason went and got us all some lunch and stayed home until almost all of them went home. Redeemed!!
Saturday night we took the kids to the carnival that was in town. You know the kind I'm talking about. Trash, scary employee's, funnel cakes! Fried bread...that's was I'm talkin about. My mom bought us one to share. Then I almost reproduced it on the tilt-a-whirl! The man let Case and Kenna ride with us for free on the beloved tilt-a-whirl. Kenna didn't say one word, she just laid her head back on Jason and closed her eyes the whole time. Case loved it at first and then started yelling, "my teeth are going to throw up!!" I covered up his mouth so it wouldn't go everywhere and the man running the ride noticed so he stopped and let him get off. He managed to NOT lose his tummy! Jason and I were laughing hysterically! Probably the topping on my funnel cake!!!
Well, there you have it. Blogger block. Lot's of information, just not very "fluffy"! Hope you have a great Tuesday!

I laugh every time I hear some of the things Case says... The teeth throwing up is now a classic!! Hope all is well with the Durango... Let us know. Glad it didnt get towed to some junk yard:) Hope you have a great week!!!
I don't think any of your posts could ever be boring! I'm glad Jason hung around for the five extra friends he invited over. Why is it that I could see Jon doing the exact same thing... What are we going to do with those men? :)
