First of all, you guys have to remember that Jason and I started dating when we only 17 years old. I was a senior in high school, Jason only a junior. We were married when we were 19 years old! WOW! That sounds so young now looking back.
The song you are listening to was stamped as "Our Song" while we made the drag in Quanah, Texas in "Ol Red". Time seems to be flying by. I can't believe we have been married for almost 12 years...dating for 14. Man, we're old!!HEHE!
You may be wondering why such a random post that has absolutely nothing to do with my kids. That is so unlike me. NOTHING about the kids? Well, I guess since I just used the word kids so many times, this is no longer a post without mentioning the kids!! HAHA!
This is what triggered this flashback...
I found this while flipping through Jason's Bible. That is the reason for this life I have today. Oh, how happy I am that I gave him that number in April 1994. I can't imagine my life without him!!

Oh, I got all choked up. That is TOO sweet! You two are one of the best couples I know. Rich and I love being around you because your love for each other is so obvious and you aren't ashamed of it! The other night when we visited outside of the Gala, Rich said, "We should get together with them more often." I must agree! See you tomorrow!
That is really neat that he has it and that you found it. Love it, love it, love it!
Did ya'll live in Quannah too? You may know my friends from college Brienne Bridges (Farrar now) and Kelly (can't think of her maiden name right now). Brienne's mom was a teacher and her dad (Barry) lived there also.

How sweet that he saved your number. You guys are definitely a special couple!
Yes, Kelly Riggins. Kelly, Brienne, and I went to Tech together. Brienne was a bridesmaid in my wedding. I still talk to her via e-mail. I don't stay in touch with Kelly anymore. Brienne has a little girl (Layken- 3 this month) and was pregnant with twins last year. Unfortunately, one (Lane) died a day after he was born. He was born without a kidney or liver. Brienne knew it before she delivered. It was so heartbreaking. The other baby, (Landry) is doing great! He's almost a year old I think. Small world!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SWEET POST!!
That is definately a blog worthy subject. Too cool. I love the story.
PS - But I didn't tear up like these wimpy women around here.
Yes, I agree with everyone else. Very sweet blog. Put me in the wimpy women category. I teared up also. Very sweet!!!
