Betty and babies....

My morning started off with gifts. Lots of gifts. Kenna Mae wrapped up almost everything she could find to give to her Momma. My silver earings, a few rubberbands, and a pamplet on healthy snacks for toddlers. Now wasn't that precious? Now I have to go put it back where she scrownged it up from. Silly girl!

The little guys have actually been rather sweet today. Not much fighting, except when Case would NOT get out of his chair to retrieve Kenna's Betty(the beloved blanket)for her so that she could stay planted on the barstool. Now that scream I am certain the neighbors heard. Oh well, no police officer landed on my doorstep, so I guess we got lucky this time!!

LIFE ACCORDING TO CASE:
Case:"Momma, I do NOT want to have babies!"
Me: "Case, you don't want to be a Daddy someday?"
Case: "Yes, but I DO NOT want to HAVE babies!"
Me: "Well, kid you're in luck. Mommies are the ones that HAVE babies, not Daddy's".
Case: "Good then, I'll have babies then!"
Case (again): "Momma...I think YOU should have more babies!"
Me:"Ummm...NOPE! Momma's done with that kiddo!"
Case:"Ohhh....Mannnn!"

I wanted to say, "are you crazy kid? Heck no..and heck no again!!" But I refrained!

He did make me laugh though! And cracked himself up in the process!

Funny, funny. Why is it that kids LOVE to wrap gifts? (I don't get it... I HATE to wrap... if it weren't for the "gift bag", I might not ever wrap anything!

Love, Betsy
