My day started off with my eyes popping open REALLY late this morning with the thought that perhaps my legs and arms were being ripped off a rabid dog. Or maybe I had been hit be a truck in a dream! Or maybe I had had liposuction on my arms, legs, abs, booty, and I had forgotten. OR MAYBE MY GOOD BUDDY STEPHANIE HAD TRIED TO KILL ME AT THE GYM THE DAY BEFORE!! Yep, that's it. People, I can't even sit on the potty without wrenching in pain. I know...TMI!! Sorry...but I gotta let you get the full effect of my pain! Jason made the comment last night that he's not sure he has ever seen me so sore. Yea, that would be because I've never worked so hard before.
I'm kidding. Not about the pain part, but the part about it being Steph's secret plan to kill me. She is awesome. No wonder I've never made much progress at the gym before. I didn't know what the heck I was doing. I guess I never put together that if it didn't feel to heavy...then it wasn't enough weight!!! I really do love the fact that I can physically feel my work and progress. And I AM going to win that biggest loser contest!! Just watch and see!!
I LOVE STEPHANIE!!
I know you are all just dying to see the progress on the floors. Well I can't let you see them just yet. They are all clean and about 1/4 of it has stain on it. We decided to go with a dark stain because all our woodwork is dark. It seriously took me over a week to decide on a color. Now the walls in our dinning room have to be repainted. OHHH, Shucks. Y'all know how bad I hate to change the color of my walls!! The people that painted it last must not have had kids. Or must not have had the magnitude of children that I have. They used FLAT paint and now my pretty brick red dinning room is covered with tiny specks of sawdust that I CANNOT remove. It just looks too dirty!! SO any suggestions? I'm leaning towards kind of a yellowy oat color. Not beige or yellow, but oat! Can you see it???
Well better go get ready to go to the gym. Please pray that in all my stiff, wrenching pain that I do not FLY off the end of the treadmill!! That would be so embarrassing!! Although I'm sure I would laugh!!

You go girl. I know you will win that contest. I wish I had some motivation down this way. Since the marathon my workouts have been few and far between. How exciting about your floors and walls. I can't wait to see the finished project. We are still working on ours. It is so nice to have a working kitchen that i don't even notice the concrete floors and open cabinets. Derek and I make a terrible team when it comes to getting things done because neither one of us are too bothered by the mess. Sometimes this can be good but not in this case. Better get...have a great day!!!
Good girl. Keep up the good work. I am really proud of you. I am really excited about the floors. You are getting me motivated to paint my living room. Maybe I will start feeling better and I will get it done. I really need to repaint my laundry room...YUCK!!! I am proud of you..See you tomorrow...remember to drink your water....
So glad you are sticking to it!! Pain is good... remember childbirth... look what that pain brought you... a dirty house, laundry, toys exploding everywhere... I mean those beautiful kids, smiling faces, and love beyond description!! I think oat would be great!!!!!
Glad you are enjoying the workouts!
Win the contest!!!!
I think oat color is great....versatile, cute, yet...kid-friendly!
I need to go to Stephanie's School of Pain.
I don't know if you watch the Biggest Loser, but one of the men did fly off the treadmill a few weeks ago. I feel bad for saying that I giggled, but it was funny. They have replayed it on every episode since.
I am about to repaint our living room and hall as well so perhaps all your home improvements will inspire me!
Good luck on the contest! I think that is awesome! How's the weight watchers going??? I never weighed in this week due to my surgery, but I may try to fit it in tomorrow!
