You all know that my baby sister, Krista, is due to have her baby on the 26th. I have been planning things around that day, or week, all summer. She has blessed me with an invitation into the delivery room. I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am! Well, we are leaving today for our "mini-vacation" with the Hale's. And, of course, Krista's doctor stripped her membranes(sorry if there are any guy readers) yesterday and estimated TODAY for the birth of precious Ava. Yes! What the hey???? Not yet! Dang it....I'm not ready!!!!LOL! She has already been to the hospital today with contractions 4-5 minutes apart and they sent her home. I am soooo the selfish sister!!! I don't want to miss out on our trip OR Ava's entrance! So....against my sisters wishes....I am secretly praying for her to have a few more days of pregnancy. I know her feet are swollen and she can't sleep, and she can barely walk. But, come on, this is about me!!!!! She can make it another few days! So Krista, I love you dear, and I want you to be happy, BUT PUT YOUR LEGS TOGETHER AND SQUEEZE!! Hold that baby in!!! I'll be praying!

HOLD THAT BABY IN!!!!

I am praying for you to hold it in too, Krista! I am also selfish and want the Hortons to be there for our vacation... Anyway, best of luck on the delivery sometime after Friday :)
Kali came the same day after my dr striped my membranes... I'm surprised she's been able to hold the baby in! :)
