I'm Venting....this is terapy!!

WARNING!! This is going to be a long, exhausting, "none of you really care about this stuff" post. So if you want you can quit reading, OR you can keep reading and find out what got "yours truely's" panties in a HUGE wad!!

Also, remember, I am one of those people that NEVER say anything back when someone is being rude. I just take it and then leave and say.."I should have said..."later.

First I should say that Jason and the boys have been going to this barber twice a month for TWO years. So, we know her well! I took Koop and Case today to get their haircut. I took Kooper while Case was napping at Jason's office and then went back to get Case when he woke up. So, Kooper did get a haircut today and he looks adorable! Just a side note. When I went back to get Case's cut it was PACKED full of people. On another side note, this is a small town barber remember, this "shop" is literally a SMALL storage building. Cute, but very tiny. I am sure we were exceeding the fire code laws because there were 4 people waiting when I got there. So add that up 4 already there + 5 of us. That's NINE people in there. Can you say BO?(they were all boys and men). Anyway, I asked my older two to stay outside and play in the yard. BIG mistake.

J(my barber, WHO IS A WOMAN) says to the man in her chair...
"Mr. ? do you think you could make me a sign? I need a sign that tactfully tells people to stay out of my yard. I mean it is MY yard and I work hard in it and I don't want people in it"
Chair Man: "Well J, like who? Dogs, teenagers, vandalizers?"
J: "No, kids. Kids of customers that go out there and tear stuff up. They throw rocks in my yard, they break off the branches of my trees..."
ME:"J, my kids know better than that. I specifically told them not to touch your trees when we pulled up"
J: Didn't acknowledge me speaking! "I am tired of it..I just need to get me a sign!"

So, to her I wanted to say"don't bother with the sign, get yourself a better building!!" Like I said, we've used this lady 2 years and Case loves her, but I just couldn't take it anymore. I wrote a check, for Kooper's cut earlier(while she was still ranting), got up, grabbed Case(without his haircut) and Kenna up and laid the check on her table.

She then said"well were you going Amy?"
ME: I'm going home.
J: Well why?
ME: I'm taking my little hooligans home and OFF YOUR YARD!!

So, I left so angry. I always cry when I'm angry! I hate that! I really would have been fine with her saying "Amy, please ask your kids to be respectful to my yard". Absolutely, I had already done that. We don't put up with disrespecting other peoples property. EVERYONE knows that my two older kids are like "the most obedient" children ever! It was the way she went about it. And, more than anything, the tone in her voice! My kids aren't perfect, but I do expect other people to not judge that they aren't. She just "Expected" that they would mess stuff up! I almost stayed and let her cut Case's hair, knowing I would not go back. But the rant went on so long, I couldn't bring myself to stay! I had to get my babies and myself out of there! I will never go back....EVER!! I'm sure my $100 a month will be missed!

I just read this back to myself. I really have to stress that the ranting went on much longer than I have went on about. It was much worse in person!!
