My new favorite treat...

I am most definitely at that point in this whole "diet thing" that I am seriously bored to death. I had a little explosive "moment" the other day in which I might have almost cried because I couldn't get a croissant as the bread on my sandwich at the local bakery.

Why? Why? Why? I just get sick of it being such a huge decision when it's time to eat. No more "I'll take a cheeseburger" or "I'll have chicken salad on a croissant"! This is my new life. Healthy eating and getting fit. I am TOTALLY in...I'm just bored!!!

I have been about to die for 3 months to get a DQ blizzard. Or a dipped cone. Something sweet and sinful. So I marched myself to the store last night and bought myself and the hubs a little treat!! YUM-O!!

Go get yourself some:

fat free frozen yogurt
fresh strawberries
banana's
slivered almonds or pecans(just a little)

And mix....just like the pro's at Marble Slab do it!! It healthy and so tasty!!

Any other healthy treats to add?? What's your favorites??

P.S. I tried to take a stinkin picture of it, but............ I'm sure you can see where I'm going!!

Good for you...but occasionally it is ok to have a TREAT of any sort...many people say ... cheat 1 day a week and that way you won't cheat the rest of the week or everytday...the treat sounds good, though...I have also been cravin' a EXTREME BLIZZARD from the DQ...and I have settled for a ICE POP instead...but I am thinking today might be the day that I go for it...steph...haha

Richard and I just got home from Wal-Mart...while we were in line to check out I pointed out some peanut butter Whoppers. Whoppers are one of our favorite movie snacks, but are out of the diet! We were both salivating and Richard turns to me and said, "Sometimes I wish I could just be fat and happy about it." I laughed and agreed wholeheartedly.

Okay, two tasty treats that I use to curb my craving for DQ Blizzards are:

-sugar-free fudge pops
-sugar-free Blue Bunny crunch bars. They are AWESOME (only 90 calories each)

These help me a lot!

I'm SO proud of you and your dedication to getting healthy...what an inspiration you are!

Miss you guys!

I did it. Check it out at sharonblackburn@blogspot.com. I need help with my page, but it'll work for now.

I like the Weight Watchers icecream sandwiches. I'm really proud of you for being so dedicated. Wish I was. I want to loose weight, but love to eat. True delima!

We should have a support group! See you at the gym.

As my "crazy workout teacher" said this morning at class.........dont screw up all of this hard work by making the wrong eating choices.

Easier said than done........

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is tired of this dieting thing. I've lost 20lbs and gone down two sizes... but come one... I just want to eat some gold ole chicken crispers from Chili's! I have noticed when I cheat though I end up losing more weight later on!

You might surprise yourself... change your diet up a bit... drink more water... you never know!

Rt and I are going to Mexico May 15th and when I started the program I just knew I could lose at least 40 before we went... at the rate I'm going I might lose 25... haha! Something about the hysterectomy slowed things down.. for the entire month of march I lost 2 pounds... that's about the weight of a uterus, right? haha! Maybe I'll go buy the oliptical machine I keep stairing at and see if that helps. And next time you are in Abilene we should go grab some Chili's... a grilled chicken sandwich if we are feeling motivated... chicken crispers if we arent! hahahahaha!
