5 Things...

I was tagged about a week ago to spill 5 things about myself that most people don't know. This was a VERY hard thing for me to do because if you read this blog or you know me then you know I am an open book. About most things. So, most of you already know these five things, SORRY!!



1. When I met Jason I had a shiny little "promise" ring on my finger. From another guy. This guy, shall remain nameless, because my sweet little husband wants to FIGHT someone every time her hears his name out loud. Which is BAD because it is a very common name. Jason swept me off my 17 year old feet. And the rest is history!!



2. When I was 21 years old my Mom and Dad were divorced after 25 years. It was a VERY, VERY ugly situation. Long story short, he is now married to my Aunt. My mom's sister. Needless to say, I have struggled with these issues! I haven't really spoken to my dad, other than, hello...fine...in about 10 years. My children have never met their grandfather. Although I will not say they never will. I am forgiving more and more every day. As I know that Christ has forgiven me.



3. I can't dance. And I have a secret desire to dance. Yes, I can do the two-step....but I want to REALLY dance. Like the people on Step Up or Coyote Ugly. Even ballroom dance like on Dancing With the Stars. Every time I watch a movie about dancing it makes me want to start dancing, too. IT IS NOT A PRETTY SIGHT PEOPLE!! Very ugly. Maybe someday the rhythm will get me!!



4. I know that lots of people have fertility issues and I am one of them. Of course, now my fertility issues consist of "Lord, please don't let me be one of the statistics..."!LOL! Anywho, Kate and Koop came to us quickly and somewhat unplanned. And when Koop was one we decided that this time we were going to be adults about it and plan and prepare for a pregnancy. Very adult-like in our 24 years! After 3 years and 2 painful miscarriages we finally conceived Mr. Case. And if any of you know Case....now you know why he is so stinkin spoiled. The entire family, including Kate and Koop, prayed for him for many years. And if there are any men reading..skip on....I have a few wise words of wisdom for all you expected mommies out there........YOU CAN GET PREGNANT WHILE YOU ARE NURSING....EVEN IF YOUR BABY IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD!!!! Thank you Lord, for sweet Kenna! I am so glad you are in charge!!!



5. When I was little I wanted to drive a snow cone truck when I grew up. Again, Thank you Lord for being in charge!!
