Toddlers...

Oh, how I wonder sometimes what I was thinking. Or perhaps, why I wasn't thinking. THEY ARE DRIVING ME INSANE!!!

I have told you all many times what kind of children Kate and Kooper were when they were little. They still are quiet, compliant, kids that rarely argue or fight with one another. Even as toddlers they didn't fight. They had their boy toys and their girl toys and they played accordingly.

Then all craziness broke loose and Case was born. Then even more craziness broke loose and Kenna was born. Then, 3 years later, I decided that I am officially insane and these 2 little toddlers are going to land me in the institution. The are in CONSTANT argue mode. Not, like, "Case hit me" or "Kenna pinched me". Which is something to actually argue and complain about. We are talking more like...."your shirt is red, no it's not it's blue". Right now I am listening to,"I've been to Chuckie Cheese!" and "no you haven't I have"! HELP me!! I can feel my sanity dwindling away with every eye roll!! Any ideas on how to MAKE IT STOP!!

How can such cute, cuddly, sweet, funny little children find so many things to disagree about??

I'll post pics of the floors later!! We are finished!

***A new one just broke out. "Dora has a boy on it, so it's a boy show.....no it doesn't, it's a girl show!" Why do they care, I ask you, WHYYYYY????

Well, mine are a little older but I did have to get out of bed to tell them to be nice to each other! Why can't they all just get along??? I'm sure there's a book about this... how to make our kids treat each other nicely and other miracles... haha! hope your day gets better!

That is so funny. Mine were so good this weekend...then all h&^% breaks lose when the week hits. I don't know what hits them...HOLY COW...

I finally went nuts on them on the way to the gym. I told them if I heard them cry or whine they were going to get a bustin'....Caden was so scared he kept on saying" YES SIR, YES SIR" It was kinda funny. I just hope today wasn't a sign of things to come...haha

I am so excited about the floors...

I am just glad you have "normal" children. Mine fight all the time... and hit and pinch and pester ... it gets really old, but oh how I love 8:30 pm! Kate and Kooper just got you spoiled...

I feel your pain...I really do. Denver was sick all last week and we discovered he really can be a sweet and docile child, but now that he is feeling better he is making up for lost time. He wants to argue about everything. Last night it was his jeans. I may post that conversation on my blog you will have to check it later. Hope you keep your sanity a little while longer. gina

Oh, I feel your pain, too, sister!! Katie and Abby were pretty "perfect" when they were little, too, but NOW we have GRACIE!!! She is only 2 (well, almost 3), but she ALREADY can outwit the other two!!! She knows EXACTLY how to push their buttons and drive them both to the point of screaming and tears. She is actually teaching the other ones how to be mean! It's amazing!! (Now that I think of it, she knows exactly how to drive me to the point of screaming and tears, too...) :-)

That's hilarious! The big fight in our house is, "i'm big and you're little. i'm not little!! I'm big and YOU'RE little. I'M NOT LITTLE!!" And it always ends with, "I'm telling Mommy!!" UGH!! Thank goodness they ARE cute, cuddly and adorable, right??
