The Hortons in Review....

Dear Santa,

I truly do understand the true meaning of Christmas. Jesus is the reason for the season! However, is it to late to beg and plead for a gift for myself? Santa, please give me my mind back. I really do miss it. Oh, and a new computer in my stocking would be nice. Maybe a camera, Canon Rebel, under the tree. And please don't forget my children. Being that I have lost my mind...I might need some backup! Love, Amy

Well, I am back up and running. Although VERY slow and unpredictable. So, here is a little update on The Hortons through pictures. My favorite!!
First of all my sweet Kooper turned 8 on Saturday. Being that I have lost my mind and all, I had 4 of his little friends over for a sleepover. Then Jason and I took them all the the WAC in Wellington to play. A little ice on the roads can't stop a Momma from partying with her baby!! They bowled, played bball and football(with the 3 footballs he got from his friends), and climbed the rock wall. It was alot of fun. Later I will do the traditional "Things I love about Kooper" birthday list. To many things I love to put here! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY BOY!

Kate began to tell me she couldn't see the TV shortly after her little friend at school got cute new glasses. Being the AWESOME MOMMA that I am I thought she was faking for some new stylish frames! When her teacher moved her to the desk closest to the board, I decided to take her to the eye doctor. Mostly, to prove that she was faking. WELL...her eyesight is worse than her daddy's! OOPS! MY BAD! Here she is in her blue frames. She also has brown in the same style! So cute!

Little Pilgrim Case at his preschool feast.
Kate won 2nd in UIL Oral Reading. We were so proud of her. Although we have always know anything requiring a little drama was right up her alley!
Miss Aliviah Mae. Nicknamed Ali Mae by Kenna Mae. She is a real trooper and has done wonderfully here. However, the volume in this house has gone up an octave since her arrival! It's amazing what one extra makes!
Merry Christmas!! Sweet little eggnog smiles! Case, Kooper, Kenna Mae, Aliviah, and Kate

Ok, ok, enough already! Shelley started the "possible trip to Childress for New Years" hints today. Pictures like those turn "Uncle Will" into a softy. I think I'm already giving in (and Shelley hasn't even gotten past the hinting stage). Uncle Will
