***Insert whitty title here...***

You all may have noticed that I seem to be a little obsessed with the titles of my posts. Once a good friend of mine pointed out that alot of my post are titled..Random post or Catch up! So that day I decided that my titles needed some umph...is that how you spell that?! Today, I have failed my readers on the "great title" umph! Sorry!

As you may see, I am posting on a Saturday. I know. Most of you are somewhere great. Maybe on a date with the man of your dreams. Maybe you are somewhere fun with the kids. Friends houses. The list of great evenings could continue, but it is making me way to depressed! I AM AT HOME!! And I don't want to be at home. I want to be at the ladies night that my great friend Charla is hosting tonight. What could be more fun,after a long week,than hanging out with the girlfriends having some dessert and a drink. ( Can I just insert here that I have this blankety, blank, laptop that keeps doing funky things when I type...it keeps jumping around and deleting random things) Anyway, so not only am I not at LNO, but I am at home...on my death bed!! And let me tell y'all that it takes really sick for me to miss a night out!! I have a deadly cold. At least it feels deadly. Headache, sneezing, sour throat, fever, the works. So, in my drugged, out of my mind state, I told my husband he could go hunting. WHAT?? Now you all know that I'm sick. As he was waking out the door(have I mentioned this is Saturday night)I realized what I was doing. I told him that I hoped he would not find a way to inject me with random germs while I am sleeping so that I stay sick forever!! He assured me that he would not. I think I may be a little whiny when I am sick. Poor family!! A sick, whiny mommy on a Saturday night. ****My husband just called, and he left his wallet at home. He just got out to the ranch to hunt and now he can't because he doesn't have his hunting license with him. Poor guy. A nag free hunt ruined!! Well. maybe I'll be sick again in 6 months or so...HA!HA!

On another note, sweet Kenna has a new habit. She puts her thumbs up and says, "You got it dude!" So cute. All my kids do that about this age. My children share my love of Full House!!

Koop lost his football game today. He was a superstar though!! Three of the ten players were hurt or sick. Hope they don't have this deadly cold!!LOL! Kooper was soooooo sucking air when the game was over. And he had fallen flat on his face and hurt his chin.. He is getting so tough. He used to cry over things like this. That was before the arm broken completely in half and the full arm cast for 12 weeks. Now he knows real pain!! Anywho, I walked up to him after the game. Full of sweat, red faced, purple chin and he just looked so pitiful to me. I hugged him and said "My poor baby!" Jason almost flipped out. Apparently this is football. A mans sport. And momma's and poor babies are not acceptable!! I just laughed and did it some more....just for "annoying the husband" sake!!! So much fun. And yes, I was sick at the game, in the 100 degree weather, with this deadly cold! See, I am a little whiny when I'm sick!!

Case has a new stray Calico cat. It wandered up Friday morning. It's new name is "Bingo Pirate Princess Horton". I know that is the most awesome name ever, so please don't steal it. Tempting, I know. He is a very tiny 62 years old. He's aged very well! Oh, how I love to see my kids in love like that. I have NEVER seen him so happy. He is smitten. Did I spell that right? I am a terrible speller.

Kenna is laying right on top of Kate right now. I said, "oh, how cute, she's cuddling". Kate informed me the little stinker was just trying to steal her blanket. Now Kenna's grabbing blanket right and left yelling...not so sweetly..."I WANT TO CUDDLE!" I admire her creativity!!

OK, one more thing, then I'll shut up! I had a garage sale on Friday with my mom. I was feeling very negative about this garage sale, but my mom really wanted me to have it with her so I caved! Guess how much I made??? Two hundred thirty-five dollars!!! Yes, and in case you had trouble reading that $235!! Now that is a great start to that new camera I want. It is my dream camera. ***Shelley, I have started low carb dieting and have lost 5.5 lbs this week!! Yeah! Next step, running a marathon. Well, maybe just a few miles at the gym 4 or 5 days a week! Thanks for the encouragement!!***
