An update on Kris...

Well, not much to report. Krista is still VERY sick. They know she has a raging infection...just not sure where. They had to give her a transfusion last night and ended up giving her 3 units of blood. Poor thing...she's miserable. I, on the other hand, got to keep Miss. Ava all night. WHEW!! I forgot what it was like getting up with a little one. She was up about every 2 1/2 hours to eat and of course..poop!! She woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed at 5:45 this morning!! Then fell fast asleep around 8:30! Oh...she is so sweet. There's nothing like looking down into little tiny peepers looking right at you at 2a.m. Except of course looking at closed peepers at 2am!! Anyway, she did great and I was so excited to get to have her. Mom picked her up at about 9 this morning to go see her momma at the hospital.

I guess I should mention that my little husband said..."let's have another baby" about 15 times before she left. Thank you Lord for tubal ligation's!!! I'll just borrow sweet Ava when I get the urge!!

I'm laughing out loud at Jason's comment. I would LOVE for the Horton's to have another little baby!!!

Seriously, Amy, I don't know how you do it with four kids, helping your family and their babies, and working for Jason. And you manage to keep a positive attitude. You are an amazing woman!!

Hey girl...I haven't checked your blog in quite sometime. Ava is soooo precious. I will definitely keep Krista in my prayers. Keep us updated through your blog. I love what you had to say about Case. He is certainly full of charm and personality. We just love him as we do the rest of your beautiful family. We still have intentions of coming to see you. We just need for things to calm down a bit. And it sounds like you guys are plenty busy right now also. Tell everyone hello, and tell Krista congratulations. She has a beautiful baby girl.
