I just wanted to jot down a few lines for you guys today. I have been moving my mom and the girls to C-town this week. They moved into an awesome loft just down the street from Jason and I. I am already loving having my mom so close to us. Jason is thrilled because now he can be their "protector". They need a male influence around! The kids are having a ball with her and the girls. We also found out that my sister, Krista, will be having a little girl! Yea!! Her name will be Ava Grace--which I LOVE! She will be spoiled rotten by her aunt Amy being that she lives just down the street and my "baby" will be almost three by the time she arrives. We are excited, but as you all know, she is only 16 and will need all of our prayers and support. I am so glad she is here, close to me! She has always been more like my own child than my sister. My heart broke for her when we found out the news, but since then she has turned her life around. She is ALL about being a good mother. She has also been baptised since then and is now trying VERY hard to live for Christ. I am so proud of her. The road is long, but we are ready for the hike.
On another note, Jason and I had our family pictures made this weekend at ACU. Tammy is an awesome photographer, and the kids even had fun with her. She was so laid back and patient with them....totally unstressful. Not usual for a family with four kids. Go check them out. Just look on her side bar for her photo blog and look for The Hortons. I highly recommend her.
Well, ta ta for now....we are going to finish up moving my mom! Wish me luck!

Hey, I was trying to check out your pictures and my jaw nearly dropped. Remember the picture I copied and put on my blog...that is where I got it. hat a small world. I am glad I realized I was breaking the law and deleted it.
I am glad to hear your family is moving to Childress. It sounds like it is going to be great for everyone.
Tell Krista congratulations. I forgot she was having a baby. I think I heard about it and then I completely forgot. So when I read your blog I was shocked. She is so good with kids, I know she will be a great mother. I love the name Ava Grace. The lady I teach with has a granddaughter named Ava. It is such a sweet name. Well, I gotta run. We need to make arrangements to get together some weekend.
