I thought I should explain the new title of my blog. It really has two meanings for me.
First of all, around here, with my four little rugrats, someone always has a dirty nose. It doesn't matter how many times a day I clean them up they ALWAYS have a nasty nose. AND, there have been times I have found one of them eating a little dirt. Then it is especially fun when the dirt mixes with the runny nose and makes a little mud on their sweet little faces!
Secondly, and most importantly, this is a family tradition for the Horton family. My husbands grandfather and father and now Jason use these words as bedtime words for our kids. It has been handed down for many generations. This is what he says to the kids EVERY night when he tucks them in...
Good Night.
Sleep tight.
Don't let the bed bugs bite.
Keep your nose clean.
Don't eat any dirt!
Isn't that cute? I love it. So consider this blog a tribute to Jason's Grandaddy, who I never had the pleasure to meet! I LOVE BEING A PART OF THIS FAMILY!!

love it, love it, love it! Cute template, cute title, and cute Amy in your picture! :o) I have not seen yall in several years, but it so neat that I feel like 8 years and 8 kids later, we are friends all over again... this blogging this is cool like that!
And about the hair cut issue... that would have ticked me off royally! I get so angry (and I cry when I am mad, too... I hate that!) when people assume that when I walk in somewhere with 4 boys that we are going to destroy the place. We work really hard to have well-behaved children (not perfect, but well behaved and respectful, you get my drift), and it is so annoying when people judge them just because they are kids.... you go girl! Now I hope you find another good barber! :o)
Amy, that is a cute tradition. I could totally hear Jason saying that. The new look of your blog looks great. I love the pictures at the top. Nice touch!
Love,
Amy
