Dare I say things are beginning to feel like normal around here. Kooper had his first FULL day back to school . He went back Friday and his arm was hurting so bad we had to go pick him up at 11:30. Monday I picked him up at 11 to take him in for his one week checkup. Kooper was so excited to get his hard cast. However, it ended up being a little, actually alot, more painful than he or I expected. They had to cradle that little arm with both hands for the X-ray. Again-felt faint!! What kind of mother am I? I have never experienced that feeling over anything before. Blood, I can do. Poop, I can do. Vomit, I can do. Bones, nope! Can't do. I had to call Jason to come to the office. His office is right across the street from the clinic. Thank Goodness! Anyway, all is well and the bones, although they looked VERY much not OK, are healing nicely per the good doc, Uncle Craig. Now Koop is sporting a new Bobcat blue cast. He is so much more comfortable now and the swelling and blue fingers are almost gone. Hooray, the road to recovery!! Here are a few pictures of an almost normal day. I snapped a few after school of the kids upstairs playing in their rooms while Kate was at gymnastics.

Notice the boys are playing with their play bulls. Somehow that
even makes me feel faint!!

Here, Case has his arm wrapped in the Koops bandage that covered his splint before the "big blue" was put on. He said to "take a picture of my boken arm". Yes, boken!

Koop sportin "big blue" complete with a few autographs already!

The alleged "boken" arm!

Kenna Mae reading in her bed all by herself. It is rare I find her anywhere without Case, but I guess playing with bulls just isn't her thing. GOOD!

It's so great to see smiles on those sweet faces! Glad you guys had a "normal day!" I love the "boken" arm pictures... it is so funny how they want to be just like big brother!
